This is the second time we've used AAJDS. We've been in our house 36 years; 28 years in, our master bathroom sink was plugged. Our regular plumber came and fought with his snake for a while, gave up, recommended AAJDS. I don't remember the rest of the details, except that it was painless and quick.

This week we repeated the experience, on the same drain. Matt and his apprentice kept us advised as to arrival time, and were cheerful and pleasant. They took care to protect our very light-colored carpet, and did the job efficiently.

I was pleased that they had no problem with me looking over their shoulders--I'm always interested in a process like this of which I know little, but some workmen think you're trying to find fault instead. I was also impressed with Matt's mentoring of his apprentice, giving him clear but gentle instruction.

It's not a cheap service, but when you need it, you need it, so it's worth it!

I would rate the company highly for the repair work performed. The technician was professional, knowledgeable, and completed the job efficiently. The quality of the work appears solid, and the issue has been resolved.

My only feedback would be regarding the warranty period — I do wish the guarantee had been longer for added peace of mind. That said, overall I am satisfied with the service provided and appreciate their responsiveness.

Very clean and fast work. Played down drop cloth, wore shoe covers, nice guys that di explain a few tips. 2nd time using them. Great job. Before and after video could be a little slower but it was nice to have.

I had a sewage back up Sunday and was unable to find a plumber who could clean out my sewer pipe either Sunday or Monday. By the time I called All American Jetting & Drain Services, it was late in the afternoon. While they could not come out Sunday they set up an appointment for Mondy (today) for 9 a.m. Junior and his companion (sorry I forgot his name) in fact arrived at 08:15 am. Both were very professional in my dealings with them. They answered all my questions and explained what they were doing step by step. That in itself gave me confidence that they knew what they were doing. They were able to clean out my pipes and offered me advice on what needs to be done to prevent future backups. I would recommend them to anybody needing hydro jetting services.
