Don and team were great! This is the third time they’ve and provided service to our home and we are always happy! Our sewer line has a tiny crack that allows tree roots to grow in. Instead of spending thousands and thousands to dig up landscaping and pavement, we have All American Jetting, clear the line with water. It is quick and painless.

William sent two lovely guys(Matt and his partner) who showed up on a Sunday afternoon, were super laid-back and easy to deal with, but very knowledgeable and got started. They were able to do what two plumbers before them had not been able to do, which was push through the blockage(saving my clients 20k+ dollars Which was the estimate from the prior company who had been out telling them that they had to jack up their entire basement floor and the main sewage line), which we later found out were 4 river rocks (photo below) that had entered the drain from when the previous homeowners had a stone/drainage company do some waterproofing/mitigation work and weren’t careful. I have used American Jetting & Drain twice in the past year for two separate blockage issues, per the recommendation of our plumber. The two calls were done by two different teams -- every person I worked with including intake person was excellent. Great and friendly communication, excellent explanation of everything they planned to do and charge for, extremely knowledgeable, and able to answer any question or give recommendations for each issue. Documentation of work including videos were sent promptly for claims purposes. They go the extra mile to get as much understanding of what is going on with the system and will give recommendations for preventing future problems. I don't think you will find a Jetting service that rivals this one.

Matt and his sidekick were absolutely incredible…they kept me informed all along the way and explained any options…they were professional and very knowledgeable. Couldn’t recommend them more highly.

This company never did follow up after taking my phone call. It looks like they not serious to take a customer.

While I would have given All American four stars because of their price, I gave them five stars because of their outstanding service. I had a clog in the main drain and when I called, they were able to get me service the next day. Junior and Erwin (the technicians) were prompt, courteous, and efficient. I'll always call All American first if I have problems in the future.

If you have a serious problem, call the pros at All American. I'd tried another plumber, who didn't seem to know what was going on and quoted some scary prices. The guys from All American immediately knew what the problem was and told me all the services they might have to perform to fix it, with the prices for each, so I knew what I was getting into. The cheapest option worked like a charm: they cleaned out everything, recorded a video of the entire line to show me the condition of the pipe all the way to the public sewer, and put my toilet back together. It ended up costing me far less than what the other plumber had quoted as the minimum. They were fair in their pricing, courteous and efficient. I'm going to spread the word and hope they get more business from my neighborhood.

We need an urgent job and from phone call to at the house was phenomenally fast. John and one other (forgot his name, sorry!) Were amazing. Fast, honest, reliable, and all around super helpful.

First, the customer service department was great. We called and left a message and got a speedy response. We had an appointment first thing the next morning. Don Jr. and Cedric showed up on time and were very helpful. After analyzing the potential problem, Don provided a few options and recommended a progressive step approach. His first idea of the problem was right and he solved it, which saved us a lot of money and aggravation. There was no pressure sales or trying to "up-sale" for a service that wasn't needed. Will definitely call them again if we have any issues that they are experts at.

Had an emergency main drain issue. All American came out within 4hrs. Identified and mitigated the issue within an hour. John and team were super customer oriented and professional. Pricing very reasonable for emergency service. Would definitely recommend them to anyone!

I had a sewer blockage that needed immediate attention. I called up All American and was immediately able to get a same day estimate. What I was not expecting was the technicians showing up loaded for bear and ready to work as soon as I accepted the estimate. The technicians were very competent and confident in their abilities to fix the unique blockage I had. They were up front about the cost, on time, and worked very efficiently ultimately clearing out the issue I had in no time allowing me as a homeowner peace of mine. I would highly recommend All American again!

I had a sewer line inspection, which was fine in itself. The pipe didn't have a cleanout so the technicians said they had to cut it. They didn't say pulling a toilet was an option. I should have been given a choice. I would have chosen the less invasive option of pulling the toilet. Very frustrated about this. Edit in regards to your reply: Your response is belittling and I don't appreciate it. You should take the opportunity to reflect on feedback instead of blaming the customer. As I said multiple times, the technician never gave me the option. I'm sorry you don't understand. You are welcome for my plumbing expertise. Here's some more wisdom. The leak on the pipe was from the roof, and caulking the roof collar fixed the problem. You recommended a $1,000 smoke test to diagnose the leak. You also recommended a $6,000 descaling, which is a lot of money. Why wouldn't I ask another plumber for a second opinion, it's the smart thing to do and anyone would do it. You absolutely could have done the inspection from my upstairs toilet, you didn't even look. Update: Your office manager did not call me, I received no calls or voicemails. You didn't resolve my issue satisfactorily, which is why I'm leaving a review. I also never wrote an email saying everything was great. I thought the technicians were nice and initially left a 5 star review, but after learning more I became frustrated. My frustration grew as I emailed/called with no resolution, and your initial reply here was offensive, hence the 1 star. I see you deleted the more offensive parts "sorry you don't understand" and "thank you for your plumbing expertise". The "you can't please everyone, our reviews speak volumes" is unnecessary. You're essentially telling all the other readers I'm to blame and dismissing me. I think there is a communication breakdown within your office. I also had to follow back up to get my inspection video. I still don't think you understand my main issue. You cut my 70 year old cast iron pipe when you didn't need to.

He explained how he would approach the issue to reach a solution and verify if there’s a break in the line. After having to call the plumber every year for 3 years in a row to unclog our chronically backed up kitchen drain, I thought it was time to look for an alternative solution to snaking. I had been searching for a company who would be able to visually inspect and possibly jet the pipe of a sink drain (1.5-2") that was backing up. Luckily I was referred to All American. From the initial call to diagnosing the problem, they were great. They were able to provide same day service to remedy a problem I've been trying to get checked for a couple weeks.

Water was backing up thru our basement floor drain. Noticed the problem after a load of laundry unloaded along the back wall of out basement. Had All American Jetting and Drain here back in 2020 and thought we had the same problem again. Matt recognized the problem was not the same as soon as I described the situation. All American Jetting Drain Services, LLC made me appreciate honest plumbing services again. They were the 4th company that came out to my home to service my drain. They were able to diagnose my problem without trying to upsell me on additional services and repairs. Matt and Kirk, the service techs were very professional and left my bathroom spotless. They even advised me on how certain toilet papers can add to slow drain issues. I also want to say how wonderful Evelyn, the office manager was in responding to my calls and concerns. She made it happen. I recommend them for all of your drain issues. P.S. My son and his wife were at the hospital having their first baby....one day from bringing her home. The sewer line into their house became clogged and was backing up into the lower level bathroom. Matt from All American flushed the line clear. It sounds like a simple job but there were a few complications being that the home is a rental. Matt went above and beyond. I have never referred to a plumber as extraordinary but in this case Matt was.

Matt and Crystal helped me out tremendously in what seemed like a flooding crisis. They quoted me for a hydro jet service but upon further evaluation they identified the issue and advised me how to proceed. I really appreciated the workmanship and professionalism they displayed. They were genuinely there to help me and not tryna to sell me on their most expensive service.

I thought I was going to have to replace my sewer line but All American solved the issue of the flooding basement by finding a clog in the kitchen/laundry line. They were professional, informative, and friendly. The basement flooded twice in the process and the guys cleaned up expertly. I normally don't write reviews, especially for All American. I've been using them for at least 20 years and will refer them to anyone. This pass weekend I had 2 restaurants shut down because the grease line was locked up and there were no clean outs. Started on Thursday and ended on Sunday. Sounds bad, it was. The All American team worked into the middle of the night and first thing in the morning, went through 2 teams and John himself and got me back business. Even though the odds were against use, the mainline was 19' in the air and over several Dave and Busters $10,000 games, we were limited access in D&B and them guys still didn't quit. Thanks Lukas, William, Adam, I believe Jose and the man himself John. I was really impressed by the shear perseverance and dedication. Thanks again guys, you all were great.

They were transparent, reasonable and quite knowledgeable in their assessment. Thoughtful in considering our situation and the work we were choosing to diagnose and find a solution. We had a stoppage in our sewer line, tried working with HomeServe who should have had it repaired, no luck with them. After 4 days with no usable bathroom, I called All American Drain Services. Matt showed up after dark on a Friday night (a real live emergency plumber, just like the ones you see all the time in television commercials but can never find when you need one) and treated us as if we were 12-noon-daylight customers. He diagnosed our problem quickly, explained to us all the options for dealing with it, and had our backup cleared away in no time. He also gave us a number of helpful hints on how to keep it from happening again. Matt’s a personable, thoroughly professional plumber who clearly knows his business inside and out. All American Jetting saved the day for me today. We had a major backup problem happening with our sewage causing any use of water in the house to make the problem worse. They sent an expert crew to my house within 2-3 hours of my call. They came with a game plan and quickly diagnosed and then fixed the problem - never complaining about what was surely unpleasant work. At each step of the process they explained pricing and made sure I was aware of what to expect. This type of work is never cheap but I felt their pricing was very fair and transparent. William and Justin were very knowledgeable and professional and arrived within the time frame I was provided. After calling to notify me of their arrival on site I met them and walked them through the building I needed service at, they were both patient and listened to what I had to share before explaining what their workflow would be to resolve my issue. Upon their initial camera inspection they showed me the clog they found before moving on to jet the line. After jetting I was invited to witness the camera inspection, the main drain ended up being composed of two different types of piping- one of which is unfortunately failure prone. They made suggestions for me moving forward and wrapped up the service call. Dealing with the office for scheduling was very easy and the pricing was competitive. I would not hesitate to call again for service and highly recommend them if you need a clogged drain line cleared!

Operators discovered the c a use of French drain problems on both sides of the rear yard. Excavated one open drain and recommended the installation of a pop up valve. Diagnosed sever root encumbrance on the opposite side of yard and recommended replacement of the subterranean line with PVC to reduce chances of root encumbrance again. But, not something they do. They did not hydrometer so lowered the cost to my wife and me bt fifty percent.

Good services.

Had a back up in the basement drain that caused a small amount of flooding, called All American and they were here quickly. They assessed the situation, got to work and had everything cleared in a snap.
Matt, the technician, explained why the problem occured, recommended some short term solutions so that it wouldn't reoccur as well as what the permanent fix would be.
Pricing was good, customer service was amazing both from the technician and the office. I would recommend this company 10 out 10 times.

Matthew T. Bullard (and another team member, the name escapes me) came to my home to resolve a rather nasty clog in the drain of my second bathroom's tub-shower. This clog was particularly nasty, and another plumbing service said I needed specialists with certain equipment to snake or hydro jet the drain. This problem was particularly acute because there was no access panel in the condo unit. On top of all of this, I was attempting to get my place ready to sell. The guys came out and resolved the issue in less than an hour. Had it not been for them, I would have been looking at a very costly and. time consuming situation, possibly involving the removal of parts of a wall. I am most grateful for their work and that this issue was resolved without further drama.

Since the first time we started using All American's services for jetting, I have never considered using any other vendor. Other vendors would not put things back in place correctly and left a mess. American leaves the site clean, and everything is always put back in place, and in the right place. Every staff member who has been assigned to perform our service has been extremely polite and professional. They do the job well and efficiently. This year our technician was John Gordon who was assigned to us in the past, so I was happy to see him again. Once again, efficient, polite, and professional. Outstanding experience. This was the third company I had out to clear/diagnose why my main sewer line kept backing up. These guys were the only ones to clearly determine that there were two breaks in the line which were allowing dirt and gravel to enter the line, creating blockages. They suctioned out the debris then provided photos and video that clearly showed the problem, and they explained the likely cause.They also explained what would likely be necessary for repair. Now I'm armed with the info I need to move forward with a fix.I highly recommend.

I should have contacted this firm for any drain blockages or review, their pricing beats plumbers by 50% on both Hydrojetting (best way to clean your pipes) and snaking by about 30%, and they have 2 hour clean, when plumbers usually only do one pass in like 30 minutes. And they use cameras as a first order of business (included in price), I wish I had called them first honestly. They also have offered a boat load of guidance to me via email, free of charge.

We had the main drain line from our home clogged by a tree root. We were unable to use any water in the house due to the clog. We contacted All American around 7:30pm. Their service crew, Matt and Edwin arrived at our home by 8:30. They took the time to explain to me the problem, and step by step of how they would fix the issue. Matt even showed me the obstruction in the pipe, and explained how he would fix it. The guys had the problem fixed, and they were on they’re way before 10pm. They provided me pictures of the clog and the problem with the pipe, along with a video. These guys are great. I highly recommend Matt and the team.

I have a particular issue with the lateral drain from my residence to the public sewer. Several years ago, I found All American and since then have used them nearly annually to jet out the lateral. Their staff is especially well trained and competent. For the past two years, John Porter was the team leader for my property. This year, he demonstrated commendable initiative by identifying and utilizing a new and easier access to service the sewer lateral. I have absolutely no reservation in recommending All American to address any residential or commercial sewer or drain issue. The courtesy and competence of the All American office staff is an added bonus.

Lukas and Matt did a thorough job. They explained why our kitchen pipes had gotten clogged and how we should and shouldn't use our garbage disposal in the future. They were polite, courteous, and friendly throughout.
