I just have to say it bluntly - 2 guys came in, I showed them my laundry room, flooded from an old, backed up drain. My shop vac was to the right of us as I was using it to get the water up the day before. I told them I can use it myself, they said no no sir, we have our own shop vac we’ll use to get the water up. They said verbatim “we’ll take care of the water.” Well, they did not. They cleaned the lines doing the hydro jet and apparently got my dad to cut them a check while leaving my laundry room and the adjacent bathroom, flooded with nasty-soot filled water. It’s amazing how they didn’t check with me prior to finishing, they just told my pops who’s 77 and struggles to get downstairs they were finished, and we took them at their word. I guess if they checked with me, I would have asked them to suck up the water, hm starting to make sense now? Don’t cut corners: if someone says one thing to me directly, makes me trust them only to avoid following through, makes me want a chunk of my money back. Then, when I called and spoke to Malinda to get answers as to why they left the area flooded and in worse condition, they had the audacity to say it was like that before they got there and that I needed to call I sanitation specialist because they don’t deal with that. It ain’t your fault Malinda, but damn how do you make a mess and not take responsibility for it? I appreciate your companies response time in getting out here, but my before and after pictures speak for themselves: you didn’t finish the job properly, and the two guys who came out knew they weren’t done but took advantage of me in that I was not the one paying. They lied to my father, said they were done and left. Now I’m stuck with puddles in my carpet outside the bathroom. Shake my damn head. I’m a good dude so I’ll give you 2 stars for your 2 all star reps who came in and pulled a fast one on an old timer. Thousand bucks an hour, and they couldn’t do what they said and get the water off the floor. There’s more water in places it’s never been, appreciate it.

Edit #2: per your response, you need to inform customers that you can clean their plumbing lines - but whatever comes out the customer has to deal with it. We spent $1,000 bucks just for yall to make things worse and then say it isn’t your problem. You should tell me upfront “hey, this might get a bit messy so whatever comes out be ready to clean it up.” Atleast be honest, don’t lie to my face.

We were very impressed with Matt Bullard from All American Jetting & Drain Services. He came out to our house yesterday (on short notice!). Performed a thorough inspection, diagnosed the likely problem(s), and then called us to clearly share his conclusions and recommendations. His work was completed a couple hours later. And then the invoicing, payment, and receipt process was swift, easy, and friendly. We are SO happy that Matt helped us out, and we would not hesitate to call All American Jetting & Drain Services and Matt if we have any such problems in the future!

My Very Best Plumbing Experience. William and Angel came out to treat a clogged drain that had been clogging up every couple of years. These guys know the business of clogged drains and how to treat them than others who have come to do a quick job, leave, and let the drain clog up again in another 3-5 years.

Cleaned our kitchen drain of some 30 years of accumulated sediment. Responsive and professional in all regards. Clearly 5-star service.

They were so kind, polite and helpful in explaining what they were doing. And they cleaned up things so well.

He showed up early called me was patient when we couldn’t get someone to open the door. Did a great job and then called me when he was finished because I was not there did a great job.

I can’t say enough good things about Don Gordon and service he and his team provided. He’s a pro and within minutes had diagnosed and cured our drain issue. It was a tremendous relief to find it was a relatively easy fix, with no digging required. Highly recommend!

A second visit today to descale a cast iron fitting was just a good as the first. These are pros.

Don did a great job hydro jetting our kitchen drain. He was on time, professional and explained everything before he performed the work. The work was done thoroughly and seeing the camera feed real time was excellent proof that the drain was now clear. Highly recommend.

The service was excellent. The technician was knowledgeable and friendly. Would definitely use the service again.

This is the second time we've used AAJDS. We've been in our house 36 years; 28 years in, our master bathroom sink was plugged. Our regular plumber came and fought with his snake for a while, gave up, recommended AAJDS. I don't remember the rest of the details, except that it was painless and quick.

This week we repeated the experience, on the same drain. Matt and his apprentice kept us advised as to arrival time, and were cheerful and pleasant. They took care to protect our very light-colored carpet, and did the job efficiently.

I was pleased that they had no problem with me looking over their shoulders--I'm always interested in a process like this of which I know little, but some workmen think you're trying to find fault instead. I was also impressed with Matt's mentoring of his apprentice, giving him clear but gentle instruction.

It's not a cheap service, but when you need it, you need it, so it's worth it!
